LinkedIn is a direct key to reach Clients, Suppliers, Employees - But also to engage with Talents and advertise open vacancies inside your company and contact the most qualified professionals.

However, LinkedIn is also a Social Network and a good opportunity to stay in touch with ex-colleagues, friends, classmates and share ideas, opinions, news and information, so go ahead and like, share, comment, connect.

How a LinkedIn Profile is connected with the Company Branding?

Employees create the brand and their profiles are a direct reflection of the Company’s culture, which are the principles that make an organizations unique.

People want to work with professionals they like and identify with, and if the first contact in your Organization is usually made through the Internet, your employee’s profile on LinkedIn is more likely to be the first result shown on a Google search.

As a unique selling point for Organizations, the consistency of all Profiles is necessary to consolidate the presence on the network. A Linkedin Profile is a webzone to brand themselves and the company. It is fundamental that all employees list the company’s name in its correct variation, in order to redirect to the company’s page on LinkedIn, enlarging  the audience and consequently expanding the consistency of the brand reputation.

The quality of the profiles is directly equivalent to the response rates of email or InMails to cold-approach other users. Not only, having a complete profile would affect how it will appear in search results.
